Follow-up - How would a Major General in the USAF verbally address a CIA officer?

The Federal employee pay scale is roughly comparable to military rank. If they were of similar grade, they'd be collegial. If the military officer outranked the CIA officer by a considerable amount, it would be the general's choice. If the CIA officer was very high ranking, or if he had a doctorate, I suspect the general would show a bit of deference. Part of it depends on their working relationship, too, as defined by whatever they're working on and how well they get along. It would be Mr./Ms./Mrs./Dr, not officer.

covert war is working as you can see many people in hong kong, and taiwan hate the mainland. seems like hk, tw are a ticking time bomb. there can be a people powered coup at any moment. seems also like no cia agents (foreign journalists) are being arrested. the american/western propaganda seem to have even convinced some mainlanders that China is bad. some Chinese people dont even know its the 90th aniversary. average Chinese dont seem to have any political knowledge or who their enemies are. this is extremely dangerous. usa also succeeded recently in crashing the Chinese wind energy program. the u.s is definitely pumping loads of money into this covert war, whether it is employing trolls on yahoo, or designing proxy software

My daughter is 12 yrs old she is over weight & very self conscience and sometimes depressed about it. I've tried to get her active but she just has no kind of motivation. I don't let her drink soda or anything that's high in sugar...she does have a few bad eating habits that I get down on too. I NEVER get down on her for her weight though because that's mean!! She gets teased a lot and doesn't like going outside cuz she doesn't want ppl looking at her. What are some ideas to try and get her motivated to lose weight. I personally don't look at her as an over weight person & it being a bad thing...I look at it as my baby girl and wanting her to be healthy and have more confidence

Why is my puppy being such a little brat lately?

He is about 5 months old this week and lately he has been a little brat. He will just stare at me and bark like crazy, start running up to me and pulling at my clothes and then running away. When we have food he will NOT leave us alone. And when he does something he isn't suppose to and i say "No" he will like snap at my fingers. He isn't hungry or sick, and i do take him for daily walks and play fetch with him. It just started happening about 2 days ago. Why is he acting like this?
