Will my doctor tell my parents I'm sexually active if I'm over the age of 21?

Okay, my question is this. If I'm 21 years of age, but still living at home (therefore my parents would KILL me if they found out I was having sex, with protection of course)... and I had a doctors appointment where I told my doctor, who is also my MOMS doctor, that I was having sex... would my doctor tell my mom that i was sexually active? Of course I would tell my doctor NOT to tell my parents, because quite frankly I'm 21 years old, I'm not stupid about sex (using protection no matter what), and technically isn't it supposed to be confidential between doctors and patients with that information? The doctor doesn't have the right to tell my parents anything like that if I'm 21 years old right? I'm just scared to death she is going to tell my mom and I'm going to be in HUGE trouble for the rest of my life... This doctor was the one who delivered me when I was born, so her and my mom are kinda "friends" in a matter of words. They don't hang out or anything, they just know each other very well... Would that be a problem?
