Why does my stomach always hurt after sex?

Hi, my bf and I have been sexually active since december. Yes we r both 18 and we use condoms every time and I am also on birth control since aug. 2010. I'm just wanting to kno the reason to why I always have a weird feeling in my stomach after sex. Days after like 3-5 to a week?????????????
