Right now, I am 15. I am 5'7 and around 160. I have 3 weeks till my school starts, and I really want to lose weight and slim down. I have a bit of an obsession with junk food and I know that if I want to lose weight im going to need to cut that out. And start excercising alot more. I have a 28-29 day cycle. My period was normal and it ended on day 7. On day 14 & 15 I started spotting. I thought it was because I was ovulating as I felt my hormones rising a lot during those 2 days. We are now on day 19 and i'm still spotting. It's very light though. It's not like a real period. I'm not sexually active. I'm still a virgin. Is this normal? I've had a pap smear done before and a sonogram last yr. Not even a whole year ago & everything was normal and perfectly fine. For the past couple of yrs I have been struggling with depression. I have went to one counselor,but she didn't really help much, so I am waiting ot get my insurance back to start going to another counselor.. I'm 16 years old, and I weigh 180 and some change. I'm about 5'9'' and I used to be pretty fit but over off season (I used to Play football but I quit to get a job) I gained sone fat and lost some muscle. She guided me to where I should feel the energy move throughout my body. She told me to tell her where I had more sensation. I told her that one of my arms felt more energy than the other. Hey guys! Alright, so I'm 12 yrs in seventh grade. I'm on the shorter side and I weigh around 76-78. I decided to start eating healthier. Today, for breakfast, I ate two pieces of whole grain white toast, for lunch: a salad with shredded cheese and Italian dressing with a few wheat thins, and for a snack an English muffin with peanut butter, and butter noodles for dinner. This, in my opinion is particularly healthy, I'm watching what I eat now and I think that's a good idea. I'm pretty active and I walk my dogs once around the block every night, I swim for about an hour on Thursdays, and I do figure skating practice for about an hour on Saturdays. So.. Am I healthy? BTW, I want some suggestions on what I can eat thats heathly for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Please let me know. All mean and stupid comments are sure to be deleted. Thanks. My wife and I are using Pampers Swaddlers Sensitive for our newborn and we noticed there are white crystals (we think its Polyacrylate...for absorption of moisture) sticking to his skin after a pee. He's not a big fan of them. We have read that some babies have developed a rash from this chemical. okay so im trying to install windows xp from a usb because i have a netbook. i also wanted to allocate some more space for the C: drive because it was using 40gb of space and my D: had 100gb. so i deleted both of the partitions i saw. now when i create both partitions i try to go to the install thing in the menu and it says do you want to format? i put yes then after the windows xp professional set up screen it basically says i dont have enough space. and then it says setup was unable to locate such a drive with the required amount of free space. and when i hit enter it reboots my pc. what am i doing wrong? how do i create the partitions to where i can have more in my C drive or atleast getting my computer back to running again? am i suppose to make a extended? i just want my c drive and d drives back. i also tried making the drive active. please help i just want my netbook to run again.

Why is my hamster squeaking when she's rolling in her ball?

My hamster is quite active so every night I let her roll in her ball, which she obviously really enjoys. She loves to roll into a room in which it can be hard for her to get out, but this normally doesn't faze her. Last night she was in that room and squeaking, so I helped her out but she squeaked and rolled back in. Any idea why she is squeaking? She does on occasion just appear to randomly squeak while out. Why won't my dog go to the bathroom outside?

I adopted a 7 month old dog four days ago. She's very smart. She knew 'Sit' and 'Down' when I got her, I taught her to 'Shake' and 'Fetch' in just one day, and she's starting to understand 'Stay'. She also knows what 'No' and 'Come here' mean. Since she's so smart, I can't understand why she won't go to the bathroom outside. The first day I got her, I took her for a long walk and she pooped outside. I was extremely praising and gave her a treat. The second day she was here, I took her to the 'potty zone' behind my house and she pooped after about 20 minutes. Again, I was very praising. She's hasn't peed outside once since I got her, and she's only pooped outside those 2 times. I haven't caught her in the act inside, as she only goes at night. All three nights since I got her, she has both pooped and peed on the floor. I adopted her from a VERY reputable rescue center, and she'd been there since she was a month old. Her and her two brothers came from a hoarding situation and were almost dead from malnourishment and neglect. It took several months for her and one of her brothers to get healthy again. One of the ladies that worked their also happened to foster my dog as she was getting better. She said that while she had never actually been housebroken, she never had any accidents in the weeks that my dog stayed with her. I know it's only been four days, but it's just odd. When I take her out back to go to the bathroom, I repeat 'Go potty, Dewey' to her. When I wake up in the morning, I take her to where she had an accident and tell her 'Go potty outside!' then immediately take her out. I'm not sure what else to do. Any suggestions, tips, or ideas would be very, very appreciated! Thank you!

Neighbours complaing about dogs barking?

So we have 2 dogs. Jack Russell Collie cross. 3 years old. They are well behaved apart from the barking which is NOT excessive. They only bark when people come to the door or walk past the gate which we have tried to cover up so they can't see but just always seem to sense them still! When there are birds in the garden and when a cat is there which is understandable. Also there are dogs either side of us which bark and set each other off so i can't help that. But when ever they do bark its for no more than 10 seconds as we get them inside or tell them no. And the funny thing is she moans about dogs barking and decided to get one her self a few weeks ago. She lives opposite us so our fence is her fence as well where he dog goes up and makes ours bark. Fetch computer game??!!?

I installed the game Fetch on my laptop. I played it on my desktop before but it was a few years ago so I forget how to play. When I start my game, after it finishes loading, I am in front of a kennel with a yellow lab in it. There are no buttons to click so I don't know what to do. Dog behaving badly - ADVICE PLEASE!!!?

A year ago my dog had a serious leg break where his bone shattered into around 12 pieces. He had to be operated on and then penned for close to 8 months. He had the plate removed about 4 months ago and was free to walk around and be active. However, during this time I have noticed his personality alter - he is becoming aggressive towards my other dogs and snappy and starts fights. He has never been an agressive dog in the past so this is concerning me. I am going to take him to the vet for a check up. He is entire, could neutering help, he is 4yrs old or is it a result of the trauma he has been through? Advice would be great!

Types of exercise for my dog?

She is almost 2 years old, and very high energy. I play fetch with her at least once a day but she wont play for more then 10minutes each time. She just takes the ball and runs away and starts eating it so i have to take it away. I have a dream (an unrealistic one to some of my family) to move to Italy when I get out of school... wow, that sounded cheesy. It began as just a really far-fetched idea that enchanted me a few years ago but over time I actually started to consider it. I live in Canada and want to move Italy. I have been there before and ever since have fallen in love.They still think it's just a crazy phase that I'm going through. Who knows? Any suggestions to lose weight?

I'm 135 pounds. I used to weigh 160-155 pounds. I dieted by stop drinking soda, drinking lots of water, and basically watching what I eat. I became more active, by taking walks and not just sitting around. I stopped losing weight once I hit 135. I want to lose 10 pounds before I have to go back to school in august.
