Is jogging about 4 miles everyday for 1 hour bad?
I am 18 am just starting to get active again. I'm usng a treadmill at 4.5 speed, jogging for an hour. Is this overstrenous especially if I'm not necessarily an active person? I mean used to jog run 2-3 miles 5 days, give/take a day or two maybe, a week, but it's been a while Also would this be stressing my heart too much? I sort have a minor issue of my blood pressure reaching past 130/80 and am trying to keep it under. Is my workout plan too much for me? Also I'm trying just to tone up, not building muscle. I'm 5'1" and weight 103 pounds.
