I forgot my Facebook email and it is not displayed on my wall. What do I do?

As above, and I can't figure out how to log in using another type of address. I've tried putting my name and a friends name in, but it either says that "Account Identifiction is temporarily unavailable (its been like that for weeks now)" or "We cannot find an account ascociated with this name." Even though my friends can find my account and it is still active. What do I do?
