You really can't because they are different entities. BTU is a unit of energy. Watt is a unit of power. However: One ton cooling = 12,000 BTU = 352 Watt hour. That's not how much energy was required to produce the 12,000 BTU. You need to know the efficiency of the air conditioner to get that.
