Is it better to give up whole wheat bread if I want to go on a Processed/Refined sugar free diet .?
Can I still eat fruits and whole wheat pasta because I am Italian Canadian and we eat Pasta a few times a week. I heard whole wheat bread and white bread are metabolized in almost the same way and covert to sugar quick. I don't want the crashes anymore and want more energy. Can I continue to eat fruits . I am 24 and in great shape and just want to quit processed sugar for the benifits. So what are the best breads and pasta's to eat, or are they technically the same as white flower. Whats the best diet, I am also cutting down on beef and eat mostly fish and chicken.
