Is it possible to hypnotize just by looking into their eyes?

I've been wanting to see if I can hypnotize people just by looking into their eyes. But I can't figure it out. Is it even possible? If not, how do I hypnotize people without them knowing (or sounding like freak in covert hypnosis)? If so, how?
